LIV Development is bringing its proprietary brand, Livano, to Alabama with the development of Livano Town Madison. The new 316-unit multifamily community will be built on an 11.95-acre site located on I-565 leading to Huntsville, and just three miles north of Huntsville International Airport.  

Livano Town Madison will feature 316 units of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom carriage units.
