Livano Nature Coast is bringing LIV Development’s proprietary brand of Class-A apartment communities to Spring Hill, FL. The property will consist of 348 apartment units in 11 three-story garden style walk-up buildings and three, two-story carriage buildings.

In keeping with the Livano experience, Livano Nature Coast will be intentionally and exquisitely designed to reflect the unique character of Spring Hill. The project will feature a standalone clubhouse and state-of-the-art fitness center with 10,000+ SF of interior community space, a Livano workplace, an outdoor lounge area with kitchen, a large resort-style pool and courtyard, and a pool deck with grilling stations and fire pits.

LIV Development has developed several Livano properties in the surrounding area, including Livano Park Boulevard and Livano Uptown in Tampa, and Livano Grand National in Orlando. Livano Nature Coast is scheduled to break ground in the Winter 2022 with completion in Winter 2024.
