LIV Development is returning to Louisville with the development of Livano Springdale, a new 301-unit multifamily community located near the intersection of I-265 and I-71 on Springdale Road.
Livano Springdale will feature 301 units throughout its five four-story, elevator-serviced buildings, as well as 15 townhouses with internal parks and green spaces. Residents will enjoy an integrated two-story clubhouse and fitness center with 11,000+ square feet of interior community space, Livano Workplace, outdoor lounge amenity with kitchen, fourth-floor sky lounge, resort style pool, and pool deck with grilling stations and fire pit.

Unit amenities will include granite counter tops, tile back splashes, stainless steel appliances, hard surface floors, washers and dryers, kitchen islands, walk-in closets, and designer lighting and plumbing fixtures.
The Derby City is also home to The Louis, a 309-unit project developed by LIV in 2021. The Livano Springdale is anticipated to begin leasing in Spring 2024.
