LIV Development is expanding its footprint across Tennessee with the development of Livano Knoxville. The 348- unit multifamily community will be built on a 5.89-acre site in the heart of Knoxville’s picturesque South Waterfront neighborhood.
Located just 10 miles from McGhee-Tyson Airport and directly across the river from downtown, the Livano Knoxville will feature 348 units of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
