Livano Springdale

The Livano Springdale is located near the intersection of I-265 and I-71 on Springdale Road. The site sits along I-265 and reaps the benefits of proximity to big box retail, specialty stores, restaurants, and employment centers. The site is three minutes north of I-265 from the Paddock Shops, an upscale shopping center with over 40 retailers and 15 restaurants.

Livano Springdale will feature 300 units and will be slightly skewed toward one-bedroom apartments while featuring internal parks and green spaces alongside carriage homes. The project will feature five four-story, elevator serviced buildings and 15 townhouses. The project will have an integrated two-story clubhouse and fitness center with 11,000+ square feet of interior community space, a Livano Workplace, an outdoor lounge amenity with kitchen, a fourth-floor sky lounge, a resort style pool, and a pool deck with grilling stations and a fire pit.
