LIV Development is returning to Tampa with the development of Livano Sunlake. The 234-unit luxury multifamily community will be located within a single, 4-story, mixed-use building in Lutz, Florida.

In addition to the 234 apartment units, Livano Sunlake will feature unparalleled amenities including a coffee shop, Livano Workplace, and a 3,500 sq. ft. pet center. Future residents will also enjoy an integrated clubhouse and fitness center, outdoor lounge area, resort-style pool and courtyard, playground, and pool deck with grilling stations and fire pits.
