Summerhouse features 257 units located in five, four -story, elevator serviced buildings that are designed around a streetscape concept.

The project has an integrated clubhouse, fitness center with 9,500+ ft² of interior community space accompanied by a resort-style pool overlooking a large retention pond, a dog park, a pet spa, a boardwalk around the pond with an overlook and pavilion, an outdoor fire pit, and multiple grilling stations.
