Located in the heart of Hampton Roads, Livano Norfolk is in the eighth-largest metro area in the Southeast United States and the second-largest between Atlanta and Washington, DC.

Livano Norfolk is located next to both major interstates in the MSA (I-264 and I-64), providing residents only a 13-minute drive to downtown Norfolk and a 19-minute drive to Virginia Beach. Additionally, Virginia Beach Town Center is only a 9-minute drive and features a mixed-use development encompassing more than 700,000 square feet of upscale retail, dining, and business-class hotels.
