Livano Cary

Livano Cary, a new 280-unit multifamily community, is located in Cary, North Carolina, just nine miles west of downtown Raleigh. The area is influenced by the Research Triangle, anchored by three major research universities: UNC Chapel Hill, Duke and North Carolina State University.

Livano Cary will feature one building centered around a large pool and a beautiful activity courtyard. There will also be six townhomes on the southern portion of the site. The project will boast an integrated clubhouse
