LIV Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Spehr as Vice President of Property Operations. In this role, Spehr provides strategic oversight and optimization of LIV’s growing portfolio of multifamily communities, driving financial performance, enhancing asset values, and ensuring alignment with the Livano brand vision.

With more than 25 years of multifamily experience, Spehr brings deep operational expertise to LIV. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Property Management at RangeWater Real Estate. She also served as Regional Vice President at Fogelman Management Group, overseeing operations across Georgia and Florida, including several LIV communities. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Greystar, where she sharpened her expertise in apartment operations and team development.

Spehr leads LIV’s Property Operations and Asset Management team at a time of growth and renewed focus. The department is expanding its capabilities to support a larger and more diverse portfolio, bringing fresh momentum and added depth of expertise. Together, the team’s decades of multifamily experience continue to enhance operations and drive performance across LIV’s communities.
