LIV Development is returning to Georgia with the development of Livano Oakwood. The 247-unit multifamily community will be built on a 14.5-acre site just outside Atlanta. The Livano will consist of five buildings totaling 234,193 sq. ft.

Future Livano Oakwood residents will enjoy industry-leading amenities such as a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with table games, lounges, and a coffee bar, a resort style pool, a 24-hour interactive fitness center, Livano Workplace, Livano Pet Center, and abundant greenspaces with nature trails.

Georgia is also home to 1760, a 240-unit property that LIV Development sold to Charleston, S.C.-based Blaze Partners in 2015. Livano Oakwood is anticipated to begin leasing Spring 2024.
