The Graphic Designer is the creative force behind the visual identity of LIV Development’s multifamily portfolio. From brand conception to execution, they lead the design of names, logos, and brand systems for new and existing properties. They ensure that the design of every touchpoint — print, digital, physical, and environmental — reflects and elevates LIV’s portfolio. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise and plays a critical role in evolving how our properties are seen, felt, and experienced.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of brand identities for new projects — including naming, logo design, and brand guidelines.
  • Design all print collateral and digital assets across LIV’s multifamily portfolio (e.g., brochures, signage, stationery, presentation materials, advertisements).
  • Design unique large-scale murals and graphics for each new multifamily property.
  • Provide design intent for monument and wayfinding signage at each new multifamily property.
  • Provide creative direction and design input on any branded materials, products, or experiences representing LIV or its sub-brands.
  • Expand and evolve existing brand systems, introducing fresh ideas that push the portfolio forward while maintaining consistency with its core ethos.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between vision and execution.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors, printers, and contractors as needed for the production of brand collateral.
  • Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to continually refine and innovate the portfolio’s visual language.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This position is based in LIV’s Birmingham, Alabama headquarters. This role may require occasional travel to portfolio properties.
