Tim McEachern

Chief Development Officer

Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in the development, construction, and financing of commercial and multifamily projects. He currently serves as Chief Development Officer at LIV Development, where he oversees the firm’s development strategy and execution of ground-up multifamily communities as well as acquisitions across LIV’s national footprint.

Prior to rejoining LIV, Tim was a Development Partner at Middleburg Communities, where he directed the development of new ground-up multifamily and single-family rental communities throughout the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida markets.

Previously, Tim spent several years at LIV Development, most recently as Managing Director - Southwest Region. In that role, he led a team of development professionals and provided oversight of the company’s pre-development work across Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kansas, Missouri, Virginia, and Kentucky. During his tenure at LIV, he developed 11 multifamily communities in Florida totaling approximately 3,100 units.

Prior to LIV Development, Tim served as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group at Regions Bank, where he managed a $425M commercial real estate loan portfolio and originated $310M in new loan production.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
