Michael Mummert
Managing Director of ConstructionMichael joined LIV in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre-construction, specifically relating to budgeting, estimating, and negotiating construction contracts for all multifamily projects. Prior to joining LIV, Michael was the Vice President of Pre-Construction and Estimating with Capstone Building Corporation where he developed and coordinated project estimates through Capstone's pre-construction services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the McWhorter School of Building Science at Auburn University.
