Andrew Murray

Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Andrew is responsible for originating and structuring new investment opportunities. Before joining LIV, Andrew worked with a large regional development company focusing on new conventional and tax credit development opportunities. He is also a former partner of Rock Apartment Advisors, working with over $1 Billion in apartment transactions over six years. Andrew has worked in the multifamily industry since 2001 and is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College where he earned a bachelor's degree in Economics.
