Born from our desire to elevate the resident lifestyle, Trapeze is a signature coffee experience designed entirely in-house.

More than just an amenity, Trapeze functions as a fully realized brand—one that reflects our commitment to thoughtful, resident-first design while fostering daily invitations to delight, connection, and comfort. From brand identity, intentional interior design, and customized merchandise, every element of Trapeze was curated to embody warmth, approachability, and a quiet sophistication.

Guided by our brand ethos—Dare to be bold—Trapeze challenges the conventional notion of what coffee in a multifamily setting can be. Our team designed each space with consideration, balancing refined materiality with a sense of approachability that welcomes residents in and encourages them to linger. The name itself suggests movement, levity, and a touch of play—qualities echoed in both the environment and experience.

To ground the concept in local flavor, we partnered with Birmingham-based O’Henry’s Coffee to develop a signature blend unique for our properties. Through each design element within its creation, Trapeze is a celebration of intentional living—a space that invites residents to slow down, savor the moment, and experience something unexpected, every single day.
