Landscape Architecture

Our in-house landscape architect casts a vision for each community's outdoor spaces, then works closely with our partners throughout design and construction to see it executed with care.

We know the resident experience begins the moment someone steps onto a property. From site layout, to plant selection and final project punch, our landscape architect is considering how residents will use our outdoor spaces. We strive to create a seamless experience between the indoors and outdoors that supports Livano's broader goals of building community and providing genuine care.

LCG’s involvement in site design starts well before our full design team is in place. During site selection, our in-house landscape architect conducts density studies that help validate our development assumptions, flag areas where more information is needed, and surface opportunities and threats specific to the site. These early site planning efforts ensure our assumptions are on track and that our site layout is considering the resident experience and leasing strategy from the very beginning.

From there, we craft the overarching vision for outdoor spaces — spaces that are not only beautiful but practical and responsive to resident life. We collaborate with the project’s landscape architect to ensure that our design intent is understood, shaping environments that extend the identity of the architecture while offering opportunities for connection, rest, and discovery.
